                                                                   Getting Started & Fees


Prior to scheduling an appointment, I will set up a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to briefly discuss your goals for therapy and whether I will be a good match for your needs.  

Once an appointment is scheduled, I will send you a link to the client portal, where you will find intake paperwork that you will need to complete prior to your first session.  The client portal is also how you will sign into your teletherapy sessions.

My practice is currently limited to teletherapy sessions.  


My fee is $200 per session.  Payment is expected at the time of service.  Credit card or health savings accounts are accepted.  Sessions are typically 55 minutes long.  If you choose to use your health insurance, this may be a covered service.  If you choose not to use your health insurance benefits, I will provide you with information about your rights to receive a Good Faith Estimate.**

Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.  Insurance companies do not reimburse for cancelled sessions; in case of less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
